An 83 year old woman is suing Apple because she walked into a glass door. I think we saw this coming one way or another because of the amount of apple stores that just have glass... What happened to bricks? ;) Anyway, back to the point. Evelyn Paswall would like $75,000 worth of medical expenses plus another $1,000,000 for punitive damages.
"Paswall claims that she didn’t realize that she was walking into a wall of glass as she approached the store, and says that she broke her nose as a result of the collision.
Her suit claims that “the defendant was negligent ... in allowing a clear, see-through glass wall and/or door to exist without proper warning.”
Apple used to have white stickers on the glass just incase if this happened. But with this Apple store, I guess not.

Personally I think she has a 50% chance of winning, mainly because there was no white stickers on the glass when there should be. But she should of really of been concentrating or watching where everyone else was walking.
