The Nokia 808 PureView will be the most powerful camera phone ever made. With an incredible 41 megapixels users can take stunning photos straight from the palm of their hands, while still being able to use the normal features that a phone offers.
The phone is being sold around the £540 price range, which is very expensive. Although compared to some high quality cameras doesn't seem that much. For this you get a powerful 1.5GHz processor, a 4 inch AMOLED display and the ability to film in full 1080p at 30 frames per second (fps). The phone itself is chunky as it has a massive camera on the rear of the device.
If you were expecting to have a copy of the new Windows 8 operating system then think again as Nokia has announced that the phone will run on Symbian Belle. However they have said they will release a similar phone with the Windows 8 operating system.
Providing you take photos in a reasonable resolution then photos take up around 1MB of data. However taking photos with 41 megapixels can take around 6MB from your phones memory.
I would highly advise buying this to replace an old camera and when the Windows 8 version comes out I am sold, however as a phone I am not convinced and I for one would rather have a handled camera rather than a phone camera.
