RIM are going to be focusing on its business customers by withdrawing from the consumer market.
Research In Motion has seen its sales drop behind the competition from Apple's iPhone and devices running on Google's Android software.
RIM made a net loss for the three months to 3 March 2012 of $125m (£78m), compared with a profit of $934m a year earlier.
It does look like RIM needs a change of plan of some sort because looking at the charts, all I can say is "Blackberry, you need a bloody game changer!"
