The name "Cybersecurity," a term that is undefined in the bill, CISPA will allow internet users to be surveilled by the government without a search warrant, which is a violation of users' constitutional civil liberties.

So basically, websites like Google, Facebook and Twitter can intercept emails, text messages and other private information that might be considered a threat to "Cybersecurity". The government can also demand access to the information even if it has nothing to do with copyright infringement, which is one of the biggest excuses why the bill was put there in the first place.
