iOS 6 Will Mark Newly-Downloaded Apps For You

iDownloadBlog highlighted that in the iOS 6 (beta 1) includes a new feature which appears to have been largely rated during the talk of Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference.

We do not know if this feature will be in the final release of iOS 6 but we can confirm that the OS currently marks all newly-downloaded apps from the iTunes App Store with a small "New" banner.

The banner is coloured blue and appears after the after the application has gone through both the 'waiting' stage and the 'installing' stage. It is seen on the top right of the newly downloaded app.
