Google Releases A Complete Redesigned 'Search' App For iPhone

Google search is probably one of the most used apps ever on an iPhone and iPad. And now, it receives a major update.

The new update (version 2.0.0) was pushed out earlier this afternoon and now features a brand new, "completely redesigned" user interface, which brings a number of improvements from major speeds, to full-screen image search!

The new interface is more simplified and core to Google's believes, allowing users quick access to all of Google's main web services, including: Gmail, Google+, Translate, News, Reader, Google Books, and more!


As well as the features mentioned above, Google Search 2.0.0 now also includes a new user-targeted swipe gesture, which allows for the dismissal of the app's built-in web browser to quickly return to the results of your search query.
