Apple Updates OS X Mountain Lion Developer Preview 4

Apple has just issued a software update through the Mac App Store to Mountain Lion Developer Preview 4. OS X Mountain Lion was originally released last week.

This update is the second time Apple has updated the Mountain Lion Developer Preview through the Mac App Store rather than releasing a new Developer Preview.

Apple did not specify changes in the update, saying only that it "is recommended for all users running OS X Mountain Lion Developer Preview 4."

The public release of OS X mountain lion is expected next month. Apple is clearly moving towards a final build.

The update weighs in at 1.08 GB.
