Google's beastly Nexus 7 is now available in France, Germany, and Spain. The Prices are numerically the same as those in the US, only denominated in Euros €199 for the 8GB model and €249 for 16GB, and they work out to be the same price as the UK (£159 for the 8GB model and £199 for the 16GB model).
We still don't know when exactly it will be available in European stores but ordering now from Google Play should take 3-5 days to be delivered. And to the rest of Europe, we'll let you know as soon as we hear anything.
