The iPhone 4/4s, if you have either one of them I am pretty sure that you want to take as much care with it as possible. So you need to make a decision on what case you want to place your iPhone in. Obviously different cases appeal the different people, and different cases offer different levels of security to the iPhone. Personally I am not a fan of the plastic cases because from previous experiences they do not offer sufficient enough protection, and they are such a hassle to remove from the phone, and when you remove the phone, there is a chance that the case could leave a noticeable scratch or mark on the corner of your iPhone. This would infuriate me, because it's supposed to be protecting your iPhone, instead of causing damage to it!

The picture below is of the new Vans iPhone 4/4s case, as you can see, it uses the same pattern on the back of the case as Vans use on the majority of their shoes. I think that this is an extremely well thought out design, because it is in keeping with traditional Vans products. Unfortunately when the cases were released, they were only released in America, so if you live anywhere else in the world it is extremely difficult to buy them. And then if you found one to purchase on eBay for example, it could cost you up to £50 including the post and packaging (cheapest listing that I found). They are due for general sale towards the end of 2012, and i'm seriously debating whether to purchase one now, or wait until the end of the year when they will drop in price. If you wish to spend your money now and you simply cannot wait Click here for the listing on eBay that I mentioned, or if they have all sold and it has ended, all you have to do is eBay "iPhone Vans case". Overall I think that the design of this case is un-matched, and it is definitely worth the purchase, but for £50... maybe not. I think that I am going to wait until they get generally released in late 2012.

Because Apple makes some pricy hardware and not everyone has insurance on it. Well look no further, the Knucklecase is machined from solid aluminum and fits both the 4 and 4S. They say that the iPhone will never drop out of your hands. And The Kuncklecase will give your iPhone the security it deserves with looks to kill.

There are a few disclaimers with it:

"This product is to be used only as a handle and protective accessory for an iPhone. Any other use of the product is considered a misuse, resulting in the forfeiture of any express or implied warranty of fitness for purpose. By purchasing this product, you agree to hold the Company harmless for any misuse of the product, which results in damage to yourself or third parties."

Overall, I think that this case is very cool and it looks like muggers have another thing to coming, preferably solid aluminum in their face...
