Amazon is running a one-day-only promotion on its 8.9-inch Kindle Fire HD tablet, offering $50 off the $299 price tag. While it's not the best tablet around — we definitely recommend paying the extra $15 to remove the ads from the device — the Fire HD got a generally-positive 7.9. The Kindle Team tweeted that "quantities are limited," so if you're interested head on over to the source link below and use the code FIREHD89.

Saints Row: The Third has been amazingly marked down to just $9.99 for a PC download on Amazon for a limited time, this is a 80% discount off one of last year's best games.

The downloadable PC version is usually on sale for $49,99 on Amazon, but this particular discount seems to be the answer to the game's promotional price in the Steam Summer Sale, which the game has been marked down to $12.99. It will be awesome if the price keeps on going down, down, down, until the title is for $0.99.

At the moment, this is one of the best deals to get at the moment, mainly because Saints Row: The Third is an incredible came and you can also activate it via Steam. We are not sure when the promotion will expire, but if you are thinking of buying it - buy it now!
