According to 9to5Mac, iOS 6 Siri gained the ability to look up movie times, and now looks as through users may soon be able to order tickets directly through Siri. Siri pulls up a menu with functionality by allowing users to buy tickets that are showing - or at least get a quick start on the process.

The movie times and tickets works pretty much the same way as where Siri handles the process of handling restaurant reservations with OpenTable, except that the movie times are working with Fandango. Fandango servers as the backend for ticketing exactly like OpenTable, but you'll need to open up the Fandango app to finalise your purchase. At the moment, you can't buy tickets by only using your voice.

Apple's chinese manufacturing partner Foxconn has reportedly begun accepting orders to build an Apple Smart TV set according to Chinese news website 'Sina'. Sina claims the long rumoured iTV is currently in the "trial production stage," but no other details were given.

Earlier this month, reports say that Foxconn's CEO denied that his company would soon begin manufacturing a television for Apple. Apple was looking to enter the TV market with a HDTV that will reportedly look a lot like the company's current LED Cinema Display.

The Device is said to feature an aluminium casing, iOS, Siri voice controls and an iSight camera for FaceTime video chats.

Reports suggest that it will launch in 2014, but earlier reports claim this year.

iSpazio this afternoon claims that they were able to get Apple's assistant, Siri, to speak Italian. We think that Apple is hard at work on adding Italian to Siri. They will be also adding Italian personality to it as well, so that Italians can get to known Siri personally and Siri may throw in a few jokes.

The site said that having set the region settings to Italian, they were - for a short amount of time - able to get Siri to show and answer the question "What is the date today?" Siri still used its english voice to answer the question verbally. But maybe in the next iOS update, we may see Italian being one of many languages for Siri.

Rumours are saying that the iPad mini could be Apples defence against Amazon's 'Kindle'.

The iPad mini may not be small in size but the price of it will be lowered dramatically and we also hope that the iPad mini, iPad 3 or both will come with voice control 'Siri'. Wouldn't that be cool?
